Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
During peak seasons, holidays, special events, or product launches, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other available shipping providers.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
When available, local pickup may be offered at checkout. Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions once their order is ready.
Whispering Lavender Farm is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to update the address before the order ships.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of the package and damaged items.
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in working with the shipping carrier to locate the shipment.
Some products, including candles and certain body care items, may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit.
Whispering Lavender Farm is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes resulting from exposure to heat or cold during shipping. Product quality and performance are generally not affected.
