At Whispering Lavender Farm, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted products and carefully preparing every order. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to make things right if there is an issue with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened, and non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used bath, body, skincare, or personal care products
• Candles that have been burned or used
• Fresh flowers and floral arrangements
• Dried flowers and lavender bundles
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@whisperinglavenderfarm.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Local Pickup Orders

Orders not collected within 14 days of the scheduled pickup date may be canceled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method less a $5.00 restocking fee unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Natural Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Variations in color, scent, texture, dried botanicals, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
